Order Acceptance

The receipt of an order confirmation from Icons Furniture does not constitute acceptance of an order. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Credit card fraud or other payment issues

Payment Terms

Payment for all orders must be made at the time of purchase. We accept the following payment methods:

• Debit card
• Cash on Delivery (COD)
• Other payment methods as displayed on the checkout page (if applicable)

Shipping and Delivery

Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges of unworn and unwashed merchandise within days of purchase. You must have a receipt or proof of purchase to return or exchange merchandise. Warranty

Icons Furniture warrants that its products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of year(s) from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, or accidents.

Limitation of Liability

Icons Furniture shall not be liable for any damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site or the products purchased on the Site. This includes, but is not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, and punitive damages.

Indemnification

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be settled by arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. (PDRCI) in Quezon City, Philippines. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on the parties.

Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Icons Furniture with respect to your use of the Site.
